A Coast great-grandmother who received a life-changing Cochlear implant seven years ago has started a support group to help others through their hearing loss journeys.
Currimundi woman Penny Phillips suffered from hearing loss since she was 18 and her condition gradually deteriorated after the birth of her sons.
